These terms govern the use of the websites, content and software tools operated by Educo M.R. Ltd. (“Educo”, “we”, “us”), including educo.academy and its subdomains, and the internal Channel Operations Tool described below.
By accessing our websites or using any Educo software tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The Educo Channel Operations Tool is proprietary internal software. It is made available solely to Educo personnel authorised by the company, and only for the purpose of maintaining metadata on YouTube channels that Educo owns and controls.
The tool is not offered to the public, is not distributed, sold, sublicensed or made available to third parties, and no account registration is available for it. Any use of the tool by a person not authorised by Educo is prohibited.
The Channel Operations Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information handled through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Authorised users may revoke the tool's access to their Google account at any time through the Google security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Where we sell courses, books or other products, the terms shown at the point of sale — including price, delivery and refund terms — apply in addition to these terms.
Our websites, content and tools are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
